Spanish Cuisine Diploma
This program represents the gastronomic evolution of one of the world's greatest cuisines. Students will build up an extensive culinary library of products and develop their skills as chefs. From such deeply rooted cultural traditions as tapas to dishes inspired by the menus of the country's culinary meccas.
